• Pics Of You 750XL`s Please

I would love to see your pics of your sweet 750XL`s please!! I have noticed they are heavier and thicker than the Jackson Archtop Pros and they average $500. Are the Jackson AT Pro and 750XL worth about the same in price? Thanks-Jack.

They are definitely heavier than the ATs.As far the price I think the ATs are a bit more expensive in general. You get ebony instead of rosewood and a Pearl logo and because of that they are more USA like than the 750s.I like both but perfer the ATs over the 750s because of the weight and recess trems on the AT.You will also find the 750s are easier to find with a trem than the ATs.And the ATs are easier to find as a ST.

Well here's mine Jack, and yes, it seems like they run the same in price with the AT's running slightly higher maybe? I've noticed it really depends on the seller, condition, and color of the guitar itself. That really narrows it down for ya, right?

Dave, I've always loved that one. And to think I favor AT pro's and flame tops. This is the best one I have ever seen out of both!

Who made those fancy pickup rings for you?

Wow budman your guitar is amazing looking! What are the 750 though? Were they the 'new' model 5 after the model series discontinued? Which were the new model 6 for instance?

Here are my two. You might recognize the one on the right from Model 88's pics. I haven't taken any more pics since I installed the pickups. The one on the left has a Distortion/Full Shred combo with a 5-way switch and the one on the right has a pair of Distortions with the 3-way switch and individual volume controls and no tone.

Thanks so much for the comments guys, I kinda like it too

pott: the 750's were a totally different animal then anything else except the Jackson At's which is what replaced the 750. Do a search in this part of the forum for the 750 thread as there is a ton of info on these there.

                      Here's mine...

                      JB bridge pup. Stock neck.

I have a Dimarzio Super Distortion ordered for it, so I may put the JB in the neck pos.

Man, I hope you have covers on those pickups to complete the artwork. That thing is badass. If it was a string-thru I may have had to swim over there and steal it from you.
